Fred Rubio
With over 30 years experience as a truck driver, president and C.E.O. of American Cowboy Trucking, Fred Rubio, knows what life behind the wheel is really like. Decades of first hand experience gives him a realistic understanding of drivers needs. He knows what it’s like to be away from family, living on the road, and doing the hard work.
Spent half life working on ranches, training horses, and professional rodeo so cowboy values are something I’ve lived through and through. my word is more binding than any contract, if I look you in the eye and shake your hand that’s more binding than any contract a lawyer could draw up. Integrity is that only thing you have that is yours that cant be taken away. Cowboy values = appreciate your country, love your land, love your home, love your family.
Fred strives to be the kind of supervisor who always considers that drivers have lives beyond work. He looks at things from a drivers perspective when he thinks about what it takes to create a place that is enjoyable to work at. He values honest effort, teamwork, continual learning, and being true to his word.
He wants to maintain a higher standard of integrity and follow through so the drivers at American Cowboy Trucking know they can trust we will honor our word.

We prioritize the success and quality of life of our drivers. We want our drivers to know they are more than just a truck number to us. We believe that valuing each individual creates a stronger team.
We know many drivers have experienced working for a company that promised them the world before signing on and then once signed on they found ways to avoid keeping their promises and chipped away at what they said they would be given. We want to change that experience for truck drivers by staying true to our word and creating a company culture that values teamwork. Our goal is that our drivers feel they can trust someone will always have their back on the job.
Today American Cowboy Trucking specializes in crude oil transportation. In the future we envision expanding into transportation in other industries to ensure long-term company security for everyone that is part of American Cowboy Trucking.
